Snow Patrol are usually an Irish rock and roll band produced in 1993, containing of Gary Lightbody (vocals, guitar), Nathan Connolly (clarinet, backing vocals), John Wilson (bass guitar, backing up vocals), Jonny Quinn (drums), and Johnny McDaid (keyboard, guitar, supporting vocals). Primarily an indie rock and roll music group, the band increased by to dominance in the earIy-mid 2000s as component of the post-Britpop movement.The music group were launched at the University of Dundée in 1993 by Lightbody, Meters Morrison, and Mark McClelland as Shrug. After briefly using the name Polarbear and released the EP Starfighter Pilot (1997) and dropping Morrison as a member, the music group became Snowfall Patrol in 1997 and included Quinn tó its Iine-up. Their 1st two facilities albums, Songs for Polarbears (1998) and When It'h All Over We Still Possess to Clean Up (2001), had been commercially unsuccessful and were launched by the 3rd party record brand Jeepster Records. The music group then authorized to the major record brand Polydor Records in 2002.Connolly joined up with Snowfall Patrol in 2002, and after their major-label debut recording, Final Hay, the following year, the music group increased to national popularity.
